Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and support of global integration solutions, including IBM SFG and IBM ACE.
Manage and maintain middleware infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Develop and maintain B2B file transfer workflows, partner onboarding processes, and data transformation logic.
Design and implement message flows, error handling mechanisms, and reusable integration patterns using IBM ACE.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration developers and engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term resolutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in middleware or enterprise integration roles.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), including partner onboarding, routing channels, and business process modeling.
Proficiency in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), including ESQL, message flow development, and integration node management.
In-depth understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2, FTP/S), B2B integration standards, and security technologies (TLS, PGP).
Skilled in troubleshooting message flows, analyzing system logs, and optimizing middleware performance.
Familiar with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for infrastructure automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
