Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and support of global integration solutions, including IBM SFG and IBM ACE.

  • Manage and maintain middleware infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

  • Develop and maintain B2B file transfer workflows, partner onboarding processes, and data transformation logic.

  • Design and implement message flows, error handling mechanisms, and reusable integration patterns using IBM ACE.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration developers and engineers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term resolutions.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in middleware or enterprise integration roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), including partner onboarding, routing channels, and business process modeling.

  • Proficiency in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), including ESQL, message flow development, and integration node management.

  • In-depth understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2, FTP/S), B2B integration standards, and security technologies (TLS, PGP).

  • Skilled in troubleshooting message flows, analyzing system logs, and optimizing middleware performance.

  • Familiar with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for infrastructure automation.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
