ERP Systems Analyst - Financial Systems

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and analytical ERP Systems Analyst Financial Systems to support and enhance our PeopleSoft applications. This role is primarily responsible for providing production support to PeopleSoft users, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and development of application modules and interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills and be capable of working independently while collaborating closely with business users to translate requirements into functional system solutions. This position involves gathering information from multiple sources, analyzing and summarizing it, and applying discretion within a procedural framework to develop solutions. It is largely self-directed but operates within a general structure defined by management. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain application users. Utilize PeopleTools and related development tools to perform system enhancements, fixes, and customizations. Collaborate directly with end users to understand business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions. Develop and maintain application modules and interfaces that align with business needs and architectural standards. Create and deliver reports for end users based on system data. Analyze complex problems and make informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently. Ensure consistency in application design while adapting solutions to meet customer needs. Required Qualification Associates degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain or HR applications Demonstrated skills in project management, programming/coding, and IT systems implementation coordination Strong working knowledge of the information technology field with the ability to adapt to the Client Shands environment with minimal training Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve organizational goals Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in gathering and interpreting business requirements Preferred Qualifications (if any) Bachelors degree in a related field Experience with both PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resources modules Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and tools Addi tional Information Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: This position is classified as a non-frequent driver, meaning the employee may occasionally operate a vehicle for business purposes but does not do so on a daily or frequent basis.
