V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager: II for our premier client in Louisville, Kentucky.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

Desired: PMP certified, someone who can hit the ground running and has 5+ years under their belt, self-motivated.

Education and Experience

Health Care Implementations experience, IT project management, network standardization including infrastructure, outlook (TEAMS, SharePoint, email), Telecom, end user technology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Develop project plans and drives project milestones.
Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
Provides day-to-day directions to project resources.
Ensures effective change management occur throughout the course of the project.
