Requirements
- 6 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft technical or functional roles.
- Proficiency in ERP support within higher education environments (6+ months required).
- Experience with technical systems in large-scale enterprise applications.
- Experience in providing support during ERP transitions or legacy system phase-outs.
- Experience with modules such as HR, Finance, or Campus Solutions within PeopleSoft.
- Experience in working remotely while aligning with Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for legacy PeopleSoft systems during ERP transition.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across PeopleSoft modules and integrations.
- Assist with testing, patching, and resolving system performance concerns.
- Document fixes, system changes, and resolutions following internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system integrity and continuity.
- Coordinate with other technical staff during migration activities.
- Support ongoing production needs and ensure minimal disruption to users.
