Job Details

Position: Data Analyst

Location: Onsite - Tampa, FL (4 days a week)

Duration: 6+ Months C2H

Mode of Interview: Video

Must have - Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI/ Looker, SQL , social media analytics platforms

Core Analytical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple database systems
  • Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Data visualization and storytelling through compelling charts, dashboards, and reports
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets

Analytics & Reporting Tools

  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Universal Analytics for web traffic analysis
  • Advanced Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms Power BI & Looker
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Quantum Metric and social media analytics platforms

Business Intelligence & Strategy

  • Development of KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
  • A/B testing design, implementation, and statistical analysis
  • Conversion funnel analysis and customer journey mapping
  • Market research and competitive analysis methodologies

Specialized Analysis Areas

  • eCommerce analytics including sales performance, customer behavior, and product analysis
  • Marketing attribution modeling and ROI analysis
  • Financial analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Customer lifetime value (CLV) and churn analysis
  • Web analytics including user experience and conversion optimization

Communication & Collaboration

  • Creation of executive-level reports and data-driven presentations
  • Translation of complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Stakeholder management and requirements gathering
  • Training and mentoring team members on analytical tools and methodologies
