Position: Workday Integration Pro Studio Lead
Location: Chicago, IL -REMOTE
Workday Integrations pro or Studio certified
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations management, development, functional HCM/FIN and adaptive planning knowledge will be a plus
Serves as the primary consultant for Workday integrations and customizations, working closely with business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Reports, Business Processes and integrations using EIB s, all types of connectors like CCW, PECI/PICOF, WECI & WD Studio using best practices and in accordance with company standards
Experience with adaptive integrations is plus
Configure Workday security, including user roles and permissions, data access policies, and integration user accounts
Prioritizing, reproducing, and verifying bug fixes in different Workday integrations
Working on Snow and handling group1 and other P1 tickets.
Experience in a support environment, using ticketing system to prioritize, manage, communicate, and resolve issues.
Experience in understanding and gathering the business requirements, translating them into Functional specifications and develop code along with detailed design
Monitor Workday integration jobs and troubleshoot errors as needed
Write and maintain detailed documentation of all Workday integrations and customizations
Keep abreast of new Workday features and functionality, and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations and customizations, providing guidance and support
Participate in Workday upgrade projects, testing new features and functionality prior to production deployment
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve cross-functional issues related to Workday
