3. Team Alignment & Communication:
- Act as a central liaison for cross-functional teams and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Clearly communicate updated roles, responsibilities, and expectations post-management restructuring.

- Identify, assess, and maintain a risk/issue log.
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of roadblocks.
6. Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Refine project management processes to align with evolving EPMO standards.
- Ensure project documentation is organized, current, and centrally accessible.
7. Quality Assurance Oversight:
- Monitor deliverables for adherence to quality, compliance, and project standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to remediate deficiencies proactively.
8. Executive Support & Decision Enablement:
- Prepare briefings, dashboards, and analytical summaries for leadership decisions.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, reviews, and escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise IT modernization projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
- Expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, and vendor/stakeholder management.
- Skilled in using project management tools and generating executive reports.
- Ability to lead through change and ensure team cohesion during transitions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in government or human services programs.
- Familiarity with vCHAMPS systems or similar platforms is a plus.
