Job Title: HTR Program Manager - Operational Leadership & Transformation
Location: San Antonio TX (Hybrid)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for an accomplished HTR Program Manager to oversee end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (HTR) processes for a leading client organization. This pivotal role involves managing diverse global teams to deliver high-quality HTR services, driving operational excellence, and leading transformation initiatives while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex global programs, optimizing processes, and fostering customer relationships within a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operational tasks such as queue monitoring, managing aging cases, handling tickets, and tax reporting.
- Conduct regular governance meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly) with internal and external teams to monitor progress.
- Ensure all SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and sustain effective client relationships, driving customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Provide support and resources for team members to foster productivity and growth.
- Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives within HTR processes.
Transformation Agenda
- Identify and execute opportunities for HTR transformation in areas such as recruitment, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced technologies and best practices.
- Partner with process improvement leads (LDT Leads) to assess and improve HTR efficiency.
Change Management
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Foster collaboration and buy-in across global teams and client stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent, aligning organizational goals with transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates on project progress.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with internal teams and external clients.
Team Leadership
- Inspire and lead global teams by promoting collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth.
- Manage a diverse, multi-geography workforce effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or BPO environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and deliver HTR services at scale.
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP, or ServiceNow.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in a global matrixed organization.
