responsibilities:
- Frontline Technical Support: Be the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, swiftly resolving small to mid-sized issues related to connectivity, products, and services.
- Desktop & End-User Resolution: Provide expert assistance to end-users, addressing a wide range of desktop-level helpdesk tickets.
- Proactive System Monitoring: Leverage monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations, contributing to patch management and ensuring system stability.
- Client Relationship Management: Practice exceptional client service, fostering strong relationships and building trust through consistent and effective communication.
- Documentation & Coordination: Meticulously track all client interactions and technical documentation within our internal database and coordinate with senior technical management for complex issue resolution (network, server, voice hardware/software).
- Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a client service or IT support role.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of PC operating systems, basic networking concepts, and telecommunications.
- Core IT Tools: Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, User Management, Email systems, and Cloud Technologies.
- Support & Management Tools: Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms (e.g., N-Able, Logic Monitor), Antivirus solutions (e.g., Cisco Secure Endpoint, Microsoft Defender), and Backup tools.
- Organizational Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Scripting and automation experience.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
