We are looking for Anaplan Developer for our client in Ohio City, OH
Job Title: Anaplan Developer
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Key Deliverables:
- Upskill and train new P&C Anaplan Model Builder on P&C instance of Anaplan.
- Upskill existing Model Builder support.
- Assist with architecture of new Anaplan models, including but not limited to:
- CL Underwriting.
- PL Underwriting.
- Farm Underwriting.
- Segmentation and Goal Planning.
- Bond/Surety Territory Management.
- CommAg Sales Goal Planning Metrics.
- Offer guidance and feedback on Anaplan best practices, industry standards, and innovation
- Required skill sets.
- Architect-level skills in Anaplan (certification).
- Strong understanding of change management tactics, ability tdrive detailed business requirements, and facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Experience with the Nationwide Anaplan instance, structure, and related technologies.
- Experience building high-capacity Anaplan models impacting planning, territory organization, and compensation
- Demonstrated ability twork with a business-first mentality, not IT-first.
- Note: This is technically a business SOW, not technology.
- Provide expected term and payment structure (T&M).
