Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Denver, CO. The candidate must have strong experience with Java Spring Boot, Python, and AWS to lead full-stack development and support scalable web applications.
Rate Range: $44/hour to 45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and test software and web applications using technologies like Java Spring Boot, Python, and
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding best practices and engineering standards.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through code reviews, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GitHub Actions.
- Contribute to system optimization and innovation, leveraging data analytics, NoSQL databases, and familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Python, and cloud technologies like AWS and Cloud Foundry.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes), NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra), and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GitHub Copilot.
