Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in IT project management, preferably in multi-site environments.
- Proficiency in managing Microsoft Azure cloud implementations (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN).
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Experience with IT change management and end-user communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure and application projects.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA, NIST, and SOC 2 standards.
- Manage integration projects involving EHR systems and secure data exchange.
- Partner with infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams to manage tasks.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
