About our Customer and Role:

Our premium customer, a global Fortune 500 company & a leader in the Food Services industry is looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Functional Analyst (MM-P2P, SD-C2C) to work in a HYBRID environment at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role is for specialists with cross-functional experience with SAP S/4 HANA SD/MM/FI.

Responsibilities:

This position will be assigned functional analyst responsibilities for SAP S/4 HANA migration projects; including:

  • Partnering with the business community to provide functional support on tickets raised for the S/4 HANA system, including deep analysis, trouble shooting, configuration, functional specification creation and testing
  • Working with other functional team members and technical team members to ensure various SAP components work together to meet the operational goals of the solution, keeping in mind the integration, quality, and performance of the deliverables
  • Provide support in enhancing/building/sustaining new processes, integrations and workflow processes
  • Participate in functional design reviews to ensure that these meet Compass Group design principles and standards
  • Assist with communication with business users and developers

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of prior hands-on experience as an SAP S/4 HANA SD-OTC (C2C) or

SAP S/4 HANA MM-Procurement (P2P) functional consultant including configuration and

support.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP applications across SAP S/4 HANA, with a strong skill for analysis and troubleshooting SAP SD / SAP MM with integrations to FI/CO modules.
  • Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow through.
  • Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge .
  • Ability to see the big picture for the support processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
