Job Title: SharePoint Business Analyst (Expert User / Trainer Level)
Location: Hybrid Ross, Dublin, OH
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Business Analyst with expert-level user skills (trainer-level proficiency) in SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in user adoption, training, and translating business needs into SharePoint solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Ross Dublin, OH, and we are not looking for developers or architects this is strictly a functional/business-facing position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a SharePoint Online expert to guide and train users across business units.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into SharePoint-based solutions.
- Assist in user adoption strategies, site setup, permissions management, and best practice governance.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end users and power users.
- Analyze current SharePoint usage and provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
- Support SharePoint site management, content organization, and ongoing administration (non-technical).
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint Online (Power User / Trainer Level).
- Strong retail industry experience is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into effective SharePoint solutions.
- Experience working in hybrid work environments.
- Not a developer or architect strictly business-side SharePoint expertise.
