We're currently seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Architect & Technical Lead to drive mission-critical projects across multiple industries including state government and healthcare.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on development and system optimization, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in high-impact environments and want to shape the future of enterprise CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CE & Field Service

• - Lead architecture, design, and implementation of CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• - Provide Level 3 support, handle complex escalations, and lead monthly production deployments.
• - Customize and enhance applications using JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Power Automate, Web Resources, and Azure Functions.
• - Mentor junior developers and work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• - Drive performance optimization and compliance with cybersecurity and governance standards.

Finance & Operations (F&O)

• - Design and develop backend systems and integrations within D365 F&O.
• - Support highly integrated environments with CE, including Dual Write and Azure-based components.
• - Oversee full application lifecycle including data migrations and system integrations.

Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Strategy

• - Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• - Lead governance, licensing, and capacity planning across M365 components like Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• - Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to guide enterprise-wide Power Platform adoption.

DevOps & Agile

• - Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
• - Work within Agile/SAFe teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• - Coordinate across distributed teams in India and the US.

What You Bring

• - 10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service).
• - Proven track record in delivering at least two full-scale D365 implementations.
• - Strong development skills: CRM SDK, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, WebAPI.
• - Power Platform expertise including Power BI dashboards and complex automations.
• - Backend experience with D365 F&O and integrated Azure services.
• - Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• - Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ITIL, GDPR, and enterprise security best practices.
• - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with client-facing experience.
• - Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, and mentoring junior team members.
