Role:-SAP BASIS Consultant
Location:- Plano TX/ Wilmington DE (Hybrid/Onsite)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ECC, BI, Portal, Fiori, and Linux (Red Hat) environments.
- Proven experience in SAP system copies, migrations, and upgrades.
- Strong Oracle Database administration skills (backup, recovery, performance tuning).
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager (CharM) for change and release management.
- Knowledge of SAP certificate crossing different SAP platform
- Familiarity with Redwood RunMyJobs for SAP job scheduling (preferred)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Service Request Management).
- Ability to provide 24x7 operational support (on-call rotation) in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving with a focus on minimizing system downtime.
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining system configurations, procedures, and reports.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management
- SAP Basis service automation experience is a plus.
