RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Woodside, NY that is seeking an Ad Ops Manager - Advertising/Programmatic.
Summary:
We're seeking a hands-on Ad Ops Manager who thrives at the intersection of execution and innovation. In this hybrid role, you'll manage the infrastructure behind a suite of digital advertising products while also contributing to product development initiatives. You'll oversee full-cycle ad operations-campaign QA, trafficking, pacing, and troubleshooting-while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and continuous product improvement. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both detail-oriented and visionary-equally comfortable checking ad tags and writing user stories, managing campaign pacing, and identifying opportunities for smarter tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily ad operations, ensuring flawless campaign launches, tracking, and reporting
* Serve as the liaison between operations and product teams, influencing priorities through operational insights
* Review and approve incoming ad creatives for compliance with technical and brand standards
* Define product requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and system workflows
* Stay informed on trends and best practices to support innovation and operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in ad operations, product management, or a hybrid media/tech role
* Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools and programmatic platforms
* Familiarity with agile environments and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and dashboards
* Proven ability to translate operational challenges into product improvements
* Experience with mobile or digital ad delivery systems is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
