Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Revenue Management Technology initiatives for a major airline. This role provides exposure to complex forecasting, inventory, and pricing systems that maximize airline revenue and profitability. The analyst will work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, and technology partners to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business and needs analysis to define clear, high-quality solutions
  • Translate business requirements into features and user stories for Agile teams
  • Partner with technology teams to design, estimate, and deliver solutions on time
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to support business decisions when needed
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process and system improvements
  • Communicate requirements, updates, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Support prioritization, testing, and validation of delivered solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation
  • Solid understanding of technical environments and SDLC / Agile methodologies
  • Ability to analyze complex business or technical problems and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Jira / Jira Align
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis
  • Experience with Redshift and/or Teradata
  • Background in revenue management, analytics, or large-scale enterprise systems (plus)
