Job Details
ECCO Select is seeking a motivated, technically curious early-career professional to join our team in supporting both enterprise applications and operational IT processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 0 1 years of experience who is eager to gain broad exposure across application development, data, and IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support a complex enterprise application written in VBA, C#, and SQL.
- Assist with maintenance, testing, and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to understand and optimize business processes.
- Help fulfill data access and reporting requests made by the client team.
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal IT support needs.
- Triage incoming tickets, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate to technical staff when necessary.
- Document support activities and help maintain internal knowledge bases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with any one of the following: SQL, C#, VBA, or any scripting language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow across both technical and business processes.
- Ability to manage time across multiple responsibilities and learn on the job.
- Internship or project-based experience working with databases, automation, or enterprise tools.
- Experience providing technical support to end-users (can be via a helpdesk, campus job, etc.).
Education / Licenses
Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar preferred.
