World Wide Technology is looking for a Senior Program Manager with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $75.00 to $85.00 hourly (W2/C2C). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Job Description:

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Senior Program Manager with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for a 6 Months contract position, as part of our Strategic Resourcing Services and staff augmentation efforts.

In this role, the selected consultant will work directly with a WWT client, supporting their internal team and business objectives. While WWT facilitates the position, the consultant will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partner organizations, which will provide complete details regarding compensation and benefits before employment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and hands-on execution support for our enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who has successfully steered large, complex, multi-year cloud migrations at scale. The ideal candidate will not be learning on the job they will bring a proven track record of delivering results and driving accountability across numerous concurrent workstreams.

Scope of Work:
The program encompasses the migration of all on-premises data center applications both customer-facing and internal into OCI. With more than 50+ parallel workstreams, many of which already have dedicated program managers and technical leads, this role will serve as the oversight program manager, integrating progress, dependencies, and risks across the entire initiative.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior program or portfolio management experience leading complex, enterprise-wide technology transformations.
• Experienced in managing multiple workstreams, and oversight of other project leaders.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale cloud migrations (Oracle Cloud or comparable platforms).
• Expertise coordinating multi-region teams and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex updates into concise, executive-ready summaries.
• Strong analytical and risk-management capabilities to identify dependencies and mitigate issues proactively.
