Role: Solutions Engineer/Architect
Job Summary: The Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for the collection, identification, and assessment of business and technical requirements and specifications; and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require IT Services delivery, integration, or support. The SA has a breadth of technical knowledge and experience in cloud, security, network, and infrastructure & application integration and in-depth knowledge and experience within at least three.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with enterprise architect to translate high-level objectives (OKRs) into executable IT Services roadmap.
- Collaborate with executives, line-of-business stakeholders, product owners, and technical staff to identify problems, gather requirements to develop solutions that deliver measurable business value and communicate adapting depth & language effectively to stakeholders.
- Architect secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions that meet security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Lead transition to modern, cloud-native solutions and adopt industry's best practices, ensuring secure, reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
- Create architecture diagrams at different levels and from multiple perspectives.
- Architect and standardize secure, versioned API ecosystems (OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, API Gateway, WAF, mTLS).
- Champion company interests and architectural integrity; provide data-driven rationale when proposing a solution or a solution is misaligned with strategy, security best practices, or compliance mandates.
- Provide architectural guidance for data management & governance.
- Define and enforce adherence to Zero-Trust architecture principles and guardrails.
- Champion automated provisioning, embedding DevSecOps practices to codify patterns in reusable IaC modules and standardized configurations with Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation, secure CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Proven experience designing and architecting solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong proficiency and experience with cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
