Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Basis Architect for an onsite role in Wilmington, DE. This client-facing role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in SAP Basis, HANA, Sybase, cloud platforms, DR/HA setups, database refreshes, and SAP archiving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading BASIS operations, supporting complex environments, and delivering high-performance SAP infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP HANA and Sybase migration projects and upgrades
• Perform System and Database upgrades, DR setup, and testing
• Set up and troubleshoot HANA HSR and database refreshes
• Execute data archiving in SAP ECC including archiving objects and recommendations
• Manage SAP BASIS AMS operations, including tuning and ticket resolution
• Configure and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2, including EWA and BPM setup
• Handle cloud-based deployments in Google Cloud Platform and Azure
• Support third-party printer setups (e.g., VPSx) and resolve printing issues
• Provide integration support for SAP and third-party systems (IXOS, Vertex, FIORI)
• Perform SAP system DB refreshes independently
• Foster strong team collaboration, communication, and 24/7 support readiness
