Location: MO- St. Louis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities:
Requirements analysis
Gap Analysis in the requirements
Conduct Elicitations meeting with all the stakeholders involved
Internal Mobile Architect/Dev Team discussion
Prepare User Stories with acceptance criteria
Review requirements with business or stakeholders
Review User Stories with QA Team
Support QA Team with testing and defect triage
Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations
Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
Identify, document, report, and track system issues
Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
Qualifications:
0 - 2 years of experience
Experience working with BPMN Process and UML Notations
Experience working with Jira and User Stories
Experience working with SharePoint and Chalk Sites
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
