JOB TITLE: Senior Technology Product Manager
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker*
*Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
DUTIES: Maintain requirement and user story processes by acting as a liaison and product owner delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams to align business needs with technical architecture and end-to-end solutions. Analyze and validate project requirements that result in new applications or enhancements to existing applications, systems, and business process designs. Translate business issues and needs into requirements to create solutions. Manage end-to-end requirement processes using tools to define a set of processes and approaches foreach project and issue resolutions. Assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies in order to enable new capabilities. Support cost and benefit estimates and create VPMO requests as additional capacity or hardware is needed. Prepare requirement packages and user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage requirement traceability changes and artifacts, and develop reference and resource materials. Review final technical designs and solutions to ensure requirements are met. Coordinate user acceptance testing. Perform requirement management using Agile and Waterfall. Utilize RFP development and complete technical evaluations. Apply advanced knowledge of TMF specifications for system-to-system integration.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation translating business issues and needs into requirements to create solutions; preparing requirement packages and user stories, participating in grooming sessions, managing requirement traceability changes and artifacts, and developing reference and resource materials; reviewing final technical designs and solutions to ensure requirements are met; coordinating user acceptance testing; performing requirement management using Agile and Waterfall; utilizing RFP development and completing technical evaluations; and applying advanced knowledge of TMF specifications for system-to-system integration.
