Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Workday Subject Matter Expert for HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Lead and support end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect).
- Build, optimize, and deliver Workday Reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and Workday PRISM Analytics pipelines/datasets for advanced reporting.
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements, provide functional expertise, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, payroll regulations, and data privacy/security standards.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Workday team members.
- Act as a liaison between HR/Payroll/Benefits stakeholders and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Workday experience with strong techno-functional expertise.
- Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect).
- Strong background in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Dashboard development).
- Proficiency in Workday PRISM Analytics for data integration and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
