The Denzel Group has been selected to find and place an IT Support Technician in an award-winning firm in York, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity. Our client is in need of a mid-level IT Support Technician that will provide support for a multiple locations, manage trouble tickets, and provide deskside support.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Helpdesk or Desktop Supporting multiple locations, including remote client support
- Microsoft Products, Printers, Toners, Office Automation, Network and Security support
- Proficient in VOIP, Telephony, Voice Conference support
- Work on site, with an option for hybrid in the future (1-day WFH)
