Position Title:
Senior Oracle Fusion Project Manager
Department:
Project Management Office (PMO)
Functional Summary:
The Senior Oracle Fusion Project Manager will lead and coordinate post-go-live stabilization activities for the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing enhancement requests, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state operations. The role involves working with functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues, manage backlogs, and enforce governance for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stabilization efforts following Oracle Fusion ERP go-live, ensuring timely resolution of issues and defects.
- Establish governance and processes for tracking, reviewing, and prioritizing enhancement requests.
- Coordinate across Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; Procurement: PO; Projects: PPM; Budget: EPM) for cross-functional alignment.
- Manage stakeholder communications on system performance, issue status, and enhancement roadmaps.
- Facilitate regular stabilization meetings and provide executive-level reporting on program health.
- Document, evaluate, and track all enhancement requests through delivery.
- Collaborate with business SMEs to validate fixes and process improvements.
- Drive risk management and escalate critical issues to leadership.
- Work with vendors and internal IT teams for timely delivery of fixes and enhancements.
- Support knowledge transfer and handover to application management services for long-term support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership in ERP stabilization programs.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules and governance processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
Certifications:
- PMP or PgMP (mandatory)
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certification (preferred)
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager for Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proven experience in managing post-go-live ERP stabilization cycles.
