Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust software solutions while contributing to the growth and maintenance of our technology platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, collaboration, and producing high-quality code that aligns with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement large-scale information systems that meet business needs and technical requirements.
Break down complex issues into manageable solutions to drive project progress.
Conduct thorough code reviews and pair programming sessions to ensure quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during QA and production phases, maintaining platform reliability.
Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to initial design principles.
Investigate root causes of intricate software problems and provide effective resolutions.
Participate in team meetings to share updates and collaborate on challenges.
Utilize tools such as Cursor to create code, develop unit tests, and review prior to repository submission.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
Contribute to maintaining a consistent and high-performing software development environment.

Requirements

Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and .NET Core.
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management.
Familiarity with SQL Server and its advanced functionalities.
Proven expertise in UX/UI design and frameworks like React.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and tools.
