job summary:

Our enterprise global client has a hybrid contract opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for software development.



You will be responsible for understanding the business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

responsibilities:


As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for software development. You will be responsible for understanding the business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.



Key Responsibilities:



Requirement Gather:



Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, features, or enhancements.



Analysis:



Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.



Documentation:



Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.



Solution Design:



Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices.



Testing Support:



Assist in defining test cases and scenarios, and participate in testing activities to ensure that developed solutions meet the specified requirements.



Change Management:



Facilitate change management processes by providing support to business users during system implementations, upgrades, and transitions. Create change requests in ServiceNow.



Stakeholder Communication:



Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment of priorities, timelines, and expectations.



Training and Support:



Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems or features. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.
