Job Title: Lead IBM DataStage Consultant with Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D)
Location: Detroit MI(Hybrid)

Job Requirement:

We re seeking a seasoned IBM DataStage Lead/ETL Lead to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data integration workflows using IBM DataStage (CP4D), AWS Glue & Lambda, and Snowflake. This role will drive modern, cloud-based data transformation strategies supporting analytics, governance, and AI/ML initiatives.

  • 8+ years in enterprise data integration; 3+ years as a technical lead

  • Deep expertise in IBM DataStage (CP4D), AWS Glue/Lambda, and Snowflake

  • Strong in SQL, Python, performance tuning, and ETL orchestration

  • Familiar with data lakehouse patterns (S3, batch/real-time ingestion)

  • Experience with Collibra, BigID, or similar governance tools

  • Proficient in CI/CD (Git, Jenkins) and Agile delivery

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • IBM DataStage CP4D certification
    • AWS Certified Data Analytics or Solutions Architect Associate
    • Snowflake SnowPro certification
    • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, utilities, healthcare)
