Job Description:
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in automation development, with at least some experience on WorkFusion platform.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Framework.
- Strong practical experience in machine learning, including model development and deployment using Python/Workfusion OOTB.
- Advanced expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/scrum methodologies.
Primary Skill: Core Java
Secondary Skill: Spring boot
Tertiary Skill: Python
Required Qualifications
The candidate should have a Java/Spring developer background and ideally have good knowledge on the Workfusion platform.
Desired Qualifications
Workfusion development experience and platform knowledge
ML Model development experience using both WF OOTB models and Python
Experience working with distributed testing teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
Preferred WF ML certified and have good knowledge on banking domain.
