React Engineer

York IT Solutions is hiring React Engineer in remote and contract capacity.Candidates who can work in direct contract or W2 Capacity will be qualified. York cannot hired corp to corp resources for this role.


Role:React Engineer
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $55-$65.00 an hr W2


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement the employee-facing experience of the benefits platform using React.
Build reusable components and libraries for future use across web and mobile applications.
Work closely with the admin team to ensure seamless integration of data and functionality.
Participate in data reconciliation tasks, transitioning from mock data to real data as the project progresses.
Contribute to the development of the application architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
Assist in testing, bug fixing, and optimizing application performance.
Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a React Developer..
Understanding of backend technologies and Fast API integration, particularly in a Python environment.
Experience with cloud deployment, preferably AWS.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in a sprint-based environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
