Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design, development, and integration on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across ITSM modules, workflows, and portal customizations, along with proven experience in architecting scalable enterprise solutions.


Key Responsibilities

      • Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

      • Lead solution design for catalog items, workflows, and flow automation using Flow Designer.

      • Develop and customize Service Portal features to meet client requirements.

      • Design, configure, and maintain CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

      • Integrate ServiceNow with external applications and systems as required.

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.

      • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow initiatives.

      • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and test plans.

      • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.

Competencies

Must-Have:

    • Expertise in ITSM modules, catalog items, record producers, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes, and UI Builder.

    • Proven experience in solution design for catalog items, workflows, and flow automation.

    • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript client-side & server-side, Glide API).

    • Hands-on experience in Service Portal development and customizations.

    • Strong knowledge of CMDB data handling, including bulk data imports and transform maps.

    • Experience working with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

    • Hands-on experience in integrations with external systems.

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    • Mandatory ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
