  • Unix: 3 5 yrs (Monitoring, Scripting, Troubleshooting)

Certification

  • Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • Preferred: HRSD / ITSM / CSDM micro-certifications


Role Summary

Responsible for production support of customized ServiceNow implementations for a leading IT client. The role involves operational support, maintenance, and minor enhancements, with exposure to Unix and Oracle SQL. Work includes shift rotations (weekdays & occasional weekends).


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes in ServiceNow

  • Perform Unix log analysis and SQL data troubleshooting

  • Support code fixes and minor enhancements

  • Ensure system stability and documentation of solutions
