Oracle SQL: 5 8 yrs (Querying, Optimization, Data Validation)
Certification
Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred: HRSD / ITSM / CSDM micro-certifications
Role Summary
Responsible for production support of customized ServiceNow implementations for a leading IT client. The role involves operational support, maintenance, and minor enhancements, with exposure to Unix and Oracle SQL. Work includes shift rotations (weekdays & occasional weekends).
Key Responsibilities
Handle incidents, problems, and changes in ServiceNow
Perform Unix log analysis and SQL data troubleshooting
Support code fixes and minor enhancements
Ensure system stability and documentation of solutions
