Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Architect with deep expertise in Manufacturing or Telecom domains to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CPQ deployments, integration, and architectural leadership.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Extensive Implementation Experience:

    • 6 8+ years delivering successful software implementations in Product Configurator, SaaS, and Quote-to-Order domains.

    • Proven track record of leading end-to-end CPQ deployments across industries such as high-tech, manufacturing, and telecom.

  • Architectural Leadership:

    • Minimum 4 years as a Technical Architect in a consulting environment.

    • Skilled in solution design, technical governance, and aligning with key stakeholders.

    • Experience managing offshore teams and making strategic architectural decisions for scalable CPQ solutions.

  • Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Expertise:

    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Advanced Approvals.

    • Skilled in designing complex pricing models, product bundling, discounting strategies, and approval workflows.

    • Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and ERP integrations is a plus.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong background in Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs.

    • Proficient in data modeling, custom objects, triggers, and batch jobs.

    • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Full Lifecycle Delivery:

    • Expertise in solution design, prototyping, configuration, custom development, unit testing, UAT support, and deployment.

    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Integration & Data Migration:

    • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms using MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware.

    • Skilled in data migration strategies, ETL tools, and data cleansing.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Ability to troubleshoot CPQ issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices.

    • Familiar with governance limits, security models, and compliance standards.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Comfortable working with C-level executives, product owners, and technical teams.

    • Proven ability to lead workshops, conduct reviews, and deliver impactful presentations.

Additional Requirements

  • Manufacturing or Telecom domain experience is mandatory.

  • Proven experience with deployment and integration of Salesforce CPQ.

  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
