Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with 10-12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs, and a proven track record of delivering intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze research findings to create user personas, journey maps, and inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of User Experience and cross-functional teams to iterate and refine designs based on feedback and testing.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative design environment.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, user flows, and style guides, to ensure consistency.
- Present design concepts and articulate the rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and UX best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-12+ years overall, with 6+ years in user experience design (digital product environment preferred).
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work/military experience).
- Tools: Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and other design/prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: Strong, detailed, and creative portfolio demonstrating smart, innovative design work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused approach to design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing financial software products.
- Exposure to AI technology and integrating AI-driven solutions into UX design.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
