Application Development Engineer

Additionally:

• Backend development for Vended system policy updates (edits and exclusions)
• Completing backend development for self service capabilities for Vended systems
• Completing any backend changes to support claim status visibility in Splunk
• Completing any system enhancements to continue to stabilize our batch processes
• Rolling out new end to end data flow enhancements

Candidate Requirements

• Required: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field Preferred: Relevant certifications in data engineering, cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure), and specific technologies (like SQL, Python, and ETL tools) are highly recommended
• Years of experience required: 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
• Disqualifiers: Lack of relevant experience, Inadequate Technical Skills, Lack of Soft Skills

Additional qualities to look for:

• Healthcare Claims experience
• Referrals supporting our pillars listed in the "story behind the need" section above

• 1 Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• 2 Python/Unix Shell Scripting
• 3 ETL
