Manages various large and complex technical and strategic projects and initiatives which impact the entire organization. May also manage system-level programs comprised of multiple related independent/interdependent projects. Builds strong working relationships with executives, physicians, management, and staff. Coordinates the efforts of resources from multiple teams and vendor groups. Creates and manages project budget, scope, schedule, resourcing, and communication plans for large and complex technical and strategic projects and initiatives.

responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engages with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and distribute project plans (scope, schedule, budget, communication, risk management, etc.), status updates, and milestone event logistics in an audience-appropriate format.
- Identifies and documents project issues and risks. Ensures engagement and consultation with appropriate stakeholders to identify and implement solutions in alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Liaises with project sponsors, stakeholders, management, technical and strategy staff and customers to ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are appropriately documented.
- Works with management staff to acquire resources for projects and ensure tasks are assigned to appropriately skilled resources.
- Documents implementation and process decisions related to assigned projects.
- Partners with operational support resources and subject matter experts to ensure documentation and distribution of current and future state workflows, operational support expectations, and relevant downtime procedures.
qualifications:
Key Skills Needed:
- Experience with process mapping and change management (not necessarily direct ownership, but active participation and navigation).
- Strong executive presence: ability to interact with, and present to, executives; lead executive steering meetings; exercise sound judgment in executive communications.
- Emotional intelligence and awareness in high-stakes executive environments are highly valued.
- Experience working as a contractor preferred; past hires without prior contracting experience had some misalignment of expectations.
- Experience with large-scale, enterprise-level projects, especially those with high complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project/operations management, computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
