Job Details
Role: .Net developers with PCI Compliance
Location: Hybrid onsite in Hopkins, MN OR Milwaukee WI.
Duration: 12+ Months
We are looking for senior .Net developers with PCI experience and Azure cloud. Any Javascript and framework and SQL.
Project Scope (dig into details here):
- These resources will be supporting efforts for Project Peru
- First step is getting their existing applications into PCI compliance, then will focus on new features/functionality/enhancements as needed for Project Peru
- They don’t have a lot of info yet on what Project Peru will need, will be learning more in the coming weeks
- This team owns 70+ applications – US Bank-facing applications that are part of the credit card journey – application review & approval/denials, creation of the physical card, account maintenance, credit line increases, etc.
High-Level Individual Duties:
- 100% focus on hands on development
- First portion of the project will be updating the existing code for PCI compliance – what is needed has already been laid out, just need someone to execute
- Second part of the project will be net-new development as requested by the Project Peru end client
- May need to meet with stakeholders occasionally to clarify stories, but this will be minimal
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Full Stack Development experience – 7+ years of experience
- Modern .NET Core/C#
- Any modern UI experience
- Intermediate SQL skills – should be able to read SQL, right queries that are slightly more complex than beginner
What Will Win (formerly known as “Nice-to-Haves”):
- Experience with credit cards, anti-money laundering, or fraud
- Azure – some of their applications will be migrating to Azure, but not for at least a year
- Automated Testing – they will have offshore resources support this work
- Experience with PCI compliance
Soft Skill Requirements
- Need a self-starter – has struggled in the past with CEs who need a lot of hand holding/reassurance. Need this person to be confident in their decisions and their work
