OVERVIEW: Our business builds software solutions to help merchants grow their business. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will directly lead multiple key initiatives concurrently to deliver our Point of Sale products to multiple regions and sales channels across companies. In addition you will work with our Product and Engineering teams to oversee integrations of our group's solutions with strategic partners, third parties and other platforms worldwide for all market segments. The role of the Product Delivery Manager is part of the Product Strategy and Operation team within the Retails POS organization. The successful candidate is someone who has experience in a Software development organization preferable with Point of Sales, has good understanding of the software technical delivery methodologies and is able to support the execution of the go-to-market strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for initiating, planning and overseeing rollout and integration of our Retail Point of Sales products across regional channels
Duties include defining initiatives goals, preparing workstream and channel plans to ensure all aspects of business impact are considered, monitoring progress of workstream tasks, and keeping stakeholders & executive sponsors involved & apprised of delivery status
Collaborating closely with Product Management, Product Design and Engineering in the scoping, planning and execution of the technical solution
Scope, plan and execute a launch strategy as defined with cross functional stakeholders such as Sales Enablement, Product Marketing and Operations
Documenting and implementing processes and supporting leaders and Operations
Work closed with the in region Product leaders to identify priorities and support the development of the region roadmap identifying dependencies and managing risks.
Communicating status, issues, and risk to internal partners in an articulate and informative manner
Must Haves:
3+ years experience in product delivery, program management, project management, and/or other relevant field(s)
Bachelor's degree preferable in Business, Product or Program Management
Self-starter with solid time management skills and ability to work autonomously
Strong organizational skills and collaborative nature honed to solve problems
Poise and confidence to interact on all levels of an organization
Comfortable presenting to various sized audiences, including by phone, in writing, and face to face
Experience in developing new program and implementation plans
Experience / Comfortable with project / program management tools
Willingness to travel on occasion
Bonus Attributes:
Experience in releasing and launching software products internationally is a plus
Formal project management training and/or certification (i.e. PMP, Prince 2)
Experience localizing product for new verticals and/or international markets
Understanding of B2B SaaS or PaaS business models and user journeys. We collectively believe quality is not a buzzword and support the broader team effort to iteratively ship products that are solid from architecture to interface.
The Product Delivery Manager will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering, while focusing on building and strengthening relationships with cross functional teams. Performance will be measured by on-time delivery, internal partner satisfaction, and overall team contribution to revenue.
Top 3 Skill Sets Project management experience with knowledge of technical development (software delivery and product launch). Strong communication skills to navigate cross-functional stakeholders and complex projects. Agility in change management (adaptability is essential).

The pay range for this position is $48.27 - $48.27/hr.
