Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development & Administration
  • Oversee the architecture, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our rapidly expanding organization.
  • Develop and implement new Salesforce programs, modules, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
  • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and native connectors.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Database Management & Support
  • Utilize SOQL and SOSL to perform advanced queries and searches within Salesforce for reporting, automation, and development purposes.
  • Support in normalisation and migration of data stored in various systems to the Salesforce platform.
  • Support in data synchronization between Salesforce and other (both internal and external) systems; perform data validation, cleansing, and optimization.
  • Cross-Department Integration & Collaboration
  • Work closely with department leaders to customize Salesforce solutions that align with their operational workflows and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement data models and reporting structures that support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and program leads to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce advancements and recommend new features or tools that can enhance Client’s operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Lead the rollout of new Salesforce capabilities, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key Skills;Salesforce, Integration AND SOQL/SOSL .
  • Experience with any of the integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or custom APIs
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong hands-on coding and integration background.
  • Strong experience on relational databases preferably SOQL
  • Experience with any of the integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or custom APIs would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks; Admin certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering integration-heavy Salesforce projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
