Duration: 12+ Months

Location: MN-Rochester, 100% Remote

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Content Management Specialist, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities:

Convert text to HTML or XML as dictated by publishing tools and inserting all associated assets (images, video, hyperlinks, tables, etc.)

Proofread all published content to ensure visually and grammatically correct publication as part of daily quality assurance of assigned content

Manage time and set priorities to meet publishing plans

Troubleshoot issues

Participate in continuous process improvement

Provide ongoing monitoring of processes and technologies and recommend improvements in support of this goal

Provide technical solutions that allow for the efficient and quality production/processing of published materials

Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a production/publishing related field

OR

Seven (7) years of work experience in a production/media-related field

Project management experience, especially in a fast-paced environment

Must demonstrate initiative and accountability for assigned tasks yet take direction well

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, spelling and grammar, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Must demonstrate good technical production skills, efficiency and a thorough knowledge of the publishing software within their work unit

Strong working knowledge of computers, HTML editors, software applications (e.g. MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Dreamweaver, and similar tools), Web browsers, use of multimedia on the Web, content management systems and database reporting tools

Two (2) year AA (associate's degree) in web design, computer science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree or certificate that includes courses in Web publishing or design

Background in health or science-related information or understanding of medical terminology

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
