Job Details

Baer is looking for SAP HR SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant for a 12+ month located in Atlanta, GA.
Title: SAP HR SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant
Location: Onsite 2 to 3 Days Per Week in Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

As an SAP HR SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, you will collaborate closely with business units across all client divisions to implement and support SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (US and Canadian payroll) and Time and Attendance by Workforce. Your responsibilities will include investigating, analyzing, and resolving requests from Payroll and HR business teams promptly. You will execute project activities related to Payroll and Hire to Retire functions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Proactively anticipating project deviations and escalating the need for immediate corrective action will be crucial. Additionally, you will assist in validating as-is and to-be Hire to Retire processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating requirement workshops with Payroll and HR teams. Maintaining a documentation library for design, configuration, and training materials, supporting integrations with internal and external systems, and adhering to IT standards, documentation, and development methodologies are integral parts of this role. You will also contribute to performing integration, unit, and user acceptance testing, as well as supporting security design and maintenance. Investigating, analyzing, and resolving support calls from Payroll, HR, Pension, and Benefits groups will round out your responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in full Payroll Implementations in the SAP solution.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting HCM modules.
  • Essential understanding of the integration between SF and S/4 Hana.
  • Participation in at least 3-5 SAP full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships.
  • Required experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce software.
  • Familiarity with Payroll Control Center; Wagetypes, Schemas, Retroactivity, Terminations, Forms, Gross to Net, Infotypes, Payroll Reports, Bank Transfer, Payroll Posting, Posting of Payments, 3rd Party Remittance, Advance Payments, Gross Up, Remuneration Statement, Payroll Accruals, Month-End Accruals, Garnishments, Earnings, Deductions.
  • Desired SAP Time Management configuration skills.
