Job Description We're looking for an IAM Engineer in the Boston area for a hybrid full-time position. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access solutions to ensure secure access. The IAM Engineer will work cross-functionally with other teams to enforce least-privilege access policies and support compliance efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a cybersecurity role
  • Extensive experience with Sailpoint, Okta or CyberArk
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
