Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EDI Analyst to support the growing volume of EDI requests and partner migrations. The ideal candidate will bring solid EDI knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as the sole specialist in this role. This is a hybrid 6-12 month contract role based in Bensenville, IL.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 plus years of hands-on EDI experience
  • Strong knowledge of EDI processes and X12 standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across IT, sales, and customer teams.
  • Manage an influx of new EDI requests, ensuring accurate setup and timely delivery.
  • Support the migration of existing EDI partners to a new platform
  • Read, interpret, and work with EDI X12 documents
  • Verify accuracy of test data, gather requirements, and coordinate with IT, sales, and customers to ensure smooth integrations
  • Track deadlines, manage tasks, and main
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt to new systems and environments
  • ERP system experience is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr
