Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CTO or equivalent capacity
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps, and scalable IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux, Windows Server environments, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities
