AI Solutions Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Solutions Architect in Lincoln, RI.

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Mindset & Leadership:
* Identify what data is needed to solve problems and provide data-driven solutions
* While not strictly a hands-on technical role, the candidate should have enough knowledge to contribute technically when required; They will guide data teams and data scientists

Collaborative Leadership:
* Work with Salesforce admins who will do much of the heavy lifting, but the architect will need to understand processes and offer guidance
* Needs to approach and lead the solution development process with a clear strategy

Team & Governance:
* Working with an AI governance committee and collaborating with senior leadership
* Work across two agile teams to manage and develop solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable, especially for connecting dots within the platform and ensuring proper integration
* Experience working Agile Pods
* Deep knowledge of data quality is essential, as the data is currently disorganized
* Strong familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms is necessary
* Familiarity with AWS, cloud technologies, and data cloud terminology is important
* Confident leadership with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and present complex ideas clearly
* Good presentation skills to engage and communicate with senior leadership on AI use cases
* Able to document processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders, particularly for presenting options and decisions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
