Job Details

Join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow Admin, where you'll manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams and enhance your expertise in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and user management.
  • Support and maintain essential ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.
  • Engage in the Major Incident Management process to address and resolve critical incidents efficiently.
  • Manage the ServiceNow Incident and Request queue to swiftly handle operational issues and service degradations.
  • Implement and sustain integrations with enterprise systems using MID Servers, REST, and SOAP API.
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities, such as platform upgrades and patching, with minimal user disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore automation opportunities and maintain platform documentation.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing ServiceNow operations and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow applications and incident management processes.
  • Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to conduct maintenance activities with a focus on minimizing user impact.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining platform documentation and SOPs.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
