Description
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with expertise in application and data architecture to join our team in Enfield, Connecticut. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our organization's technology strategy, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to lead architectural initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovation across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise application and data architecture strategies that align with business goals and IT objectives.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
Participate in governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective application and data solutions.
Provide guidance and oversight for the development and integration of applications and data systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance enterprise architecture, including Salesforce, nCino, Databricks, Mulesoft, and Azure.
Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in digital solutions to ensure security, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on application and data architecture.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, data warehouse architecture, APIs, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
Certifications in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS platforms are highly desirable.
Proven ability to evaluate and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
Expertise in tools and platforms such as Salesforce, nCino, Databricks, Mulesoft, and Azure.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing architecture teams.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
