Title: IT Support Technician
Duration: Contract
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Salary Range: $26-$28/hour
Summary:
We are looking for two IT Support professionals to assist with the deployment of new technology equipment. The focus of this role will be setting up laptops and mobile devices using established imaging processes, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption for end-users. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys working directly with devices and end-users in an onsite environment.
Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy new Windows laptops and iOS mobile devices.
Follow standardized imaging processes to prepare equipment for end-users.
Install necessary applications, apply security protocols, and confirm device readiness.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support during setup and deployment.
Ensure all devices meet organizational standards before handoff.
Skills:
1-3 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.
Proficiency in Windows laptop imaging and configuration.
Familiarity with iOS mobile device setup and deployment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
